CONFERENCE PRESENTATION

Hosted by Badji Mokhtar -Annaba University, the ICWC 2019 is a international conference on all aspects of water and climate researchs. This conference aims to provide a forum for the exchange of technical information, dissemination of high-quality research results, presentation of new policies and scientific developments and promoting future priorities for a more sustainable development. Participants from all disciplines related to Water ans Climate are welcomed to contribute to this unique event.

The scientific part of the ICWC-2019 will include plenary sessions in which keynote speakers present as well as parallel sessions in which invited papers and general papers are presented in oral form. There will be also poster presentation sessions. All the papers submitted will go through a review process to increase the quality. Accepted papers of the registered authors will be published in the ICWC-2019 proceedings. After the conference ends, high-quality papers will be considered, in extended form, for publication in the special issues of the specific reputable international journals.

The social part of the ICWC-2019 will include a welcoming reception, a gala dinner, and a tour to major touristic sites. During the conference, awards such as best paper award will be also given to acknowledge the high quality of work of the participants.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Abstract submission: April 30^th 2019 extended to 30 May 2019
• Acceptance of abstract : May 30^th 2019 extended  to 30 June 2019
• Camera ready papers due : Aug 30^th 2019
• Conference : October  8^th – 9^th, 2019
• Social program : October 10 ^th, 2019

Submission Guidelines

• Authors are requested to submit short papers (min. 3 pages / max. 4 pages), using the Word Template.
• The paper should cover one or more of the conference themes.
• The paper should be written in English.
• All papers will undergo a peerreview process.
• Authors of accepted papers will present their studies orally (15 min) or a Poster ( 5 min).

Full Papers and Proceedings

Full paper shall be submitted for consideration of the Scientific Committee by June 30^th, 2019.
All accepted and presented papers (both oral and poster) will be published in a Confrence Proceedings in the form of a printed volume of abstracts and a USB flash disk.

Publications

After the conference, the organising committee aims to publish a selected of high-quality paper (extended version of their papers for evaluation by some natioanl and internatioanl journals (they will be annonced later).

    REGISTRATION

• Registration is required for all participants of ICWC 2019.
• To be published in the ICWC 2019 Conference Proceedings at least one of the authors of the paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented during the conference days.
• Registration fees include conference sessions, conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks and Excursion.
• Registration Fees with no accommodation

• The payment will be cash during the Conference days.

Training sessions

The ICWC 2019 is organising training (06 & 07 October 2019) sessions with experts on
– CFD modelling with ANSYS FLUENT (Seminar & Workshop: Engineering Simulation Test-Drives (2 days).
– Hydrological modelling with SWAT (Soil & Water Assessment Tool – 2 Days).
– Network management with GIS ( Water supply network and Sewer System – 2 Days)

• Places number is limited.
• Participants will have a certificate.
• Registration fees will be 20.000 DA for one workshop.
• Registration fees include conference sessions, documentations, Certificate, lunches and coffee breaks.
• Registration Fees with no accommodation
